in Canada. We are going through the immigration process and were married last january 27, 2007. So through this we have had to fly, drive or take amtrak to see each other. Can I claim these traveling expenses or not? One point I have been having to go there because she was denied, and once you are denied in the immigration process you do not attempt to come into that country until you officially have your green card. Thanks
