my travel insurance wants proof that interstate 5 was closed for my missed the boat claim. Any idea where one might grt that info?

    The Highway Department, who issued the closure notice, should be able to give you a letter that backs up your claim.

    Cal Trans, California Highway Patrol. Now if this was due the the recent fires above sylmar. Highway 5 may not be the number listed. Some reports stated the 405 at Roxford. which is where the 5 and the 405 merge.
