My husband has a great job offer for six months on abroad, it’s not possible to stay alone here without him, he also wants to take me with him, what my options are? Do I have to inform my insurance company? Or what insurance companies’ requirments would be? Thanks

we wonted travel insurance for 2 weeks abroad.we tried loads of insurance Company’s but because my husband has had prostate cancer and has been in remission for 5 years and had a vain in the leg mended 10 years ago they seam to think he is a bad risk.he is 68 and fitter than me who is 62.we tried help the age and all the big insurers and they didn’t wont to know.the villa is booked but i wont to take the ins to be on the safe side. anyone know any good cheap insurers we can call.CHEERS FROM SYLVI

My car needs to go to body shop, and I want to get it into the shop ASAP and get a rental car ASAP so I can take a trip this weekend. The responsible insurance company is (intentionally) slow to respond. If I pick a body shop and pay for a rental before hearing from the responsible insurer, can I be confident I will get reimbursed properly? Or what can I say or do to get the insurer to act faster?

II’ve tried several medications, and all they did was make me have ****** tics and feel stupid. I tried religion, and all I got were men in suits or religious garb on a power trip or begging for money. I tried therapy with psychologists, and they were very effective in extracting money from my insurance company and my wallet, and equally good at giving generic answers that do not really help in any meaningful way. So what’s the real answer to getting beyond depression? Or are depressed people doomed to be the vulnerable prey of every eager citizen willing to take advange of someone is emotionally weak?

The lawyer said, I’m here because my house burned down, and all I owned was destroyed by the fire. The insurance company paid for everything and I’m using some of the insurance money for this trip.
That’s quite a coincidence, said the engineer. I’m here because my house and all my belongings were destroyed by a flood, and my insurance company also paid for everything.
The lawyer looked confused… How do you start a flood?
