nemorino147 asked: I’m a director of a children’s choir in the midwest. In past years, we’ve competed at various competitions around the area. Some are located at theme parks that would require only a one day trip. No overnights.
I’m working on taking them to Disney World in Orlando in 2009. What sort of precautions and suggestions would you give me? I’m a fairly organized person, and I’ve planned trips for 150 people before, so this isn’t new to me. I’m also looking into liability insurance, so please don’t mention that. We would like to fly, (its cheaper and faster) but there are a lot of concerns from parents on that as well.

While travelling by air and land, we consistently have to obtain visas in advance, which often entails a lot of travel and expense, making much of our time turn into just getting visas. I know Disney resorts offer a lot of good packages, but they don’t offer you the possibility to go to Miami, or other theme parks like Universal or Sea World. I was thinking 7 days in Orlando and 5 in Miami. Do you know wich agency can help me in a cheap and safe way? Thanks!
I’m checking a site called worldleisureclub but I can’t find the kind of package I’m looking for, a 14 day trip with Disney, sea world and Miami included…
