My doctor gave me the go ahead and wrote me a letter saying I’m fit to travel until 34 weeks but she cautioned me that if I go into preterm labor I could be stuck in Hawaii.

Should I keep my job or travel?

I just gave my boss the heads up (despite the possibility that I won’t get a bonus for 1st quarter because I’m leaving. I just thought it was the right thing to do.) I’m 28 and I make $40K/yr as a discount furniture store manager. I’m not crazy about the job, but it is good money for my age and these economic times. Should I lie to him and say I’ll stay, then tell him I’m going 2 weeks before? Or should I just tell him I’m going and that’s that? (I do have enough saved up to go now, but I was planning on more.)
