You should give CSA travel protection a call. They have coverage for similar situations like duty extensions due to war. The number is 1800-873-9855. I dont know what the exact coverage is but they might cover that. You should give them a call.!
If I were you I would do a google search for some companies that might offer this coverage. But if I am not mistaken this company CSA travel does offer some kind of coverage for revocation of leave. So if you are looking for that for you and your husband I might check with them .
